She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Astaro was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
