She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shava was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balifra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balifra. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
