Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a black costume with the symbols of magic on her torso. She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length brass crest. Her eyes are likewise gold. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Vezera is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vezera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her gold eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Korinn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: She is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She has brown hair. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Ovina was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ovina took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Butcher, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and wants a kiss

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Two Llamas was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Two Llamas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: Tree was born the youngest of three triplets. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 3'7" and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His head has been shaved. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Eberdeb enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a Healer, his father struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
