History: Gifted from a young age, Melissa studied abroad. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for her, and Anne does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Anne alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Anne was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: Rivaan was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
