History: Farideh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a Dilettante soon after.

History: Born in the west to a Carpenter, Volen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the south. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
