History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Portia hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Stylist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Donaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. At some point she was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She bought a shortbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she wants revenge against illithids

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gifted student she started as a Painter, but she got bored and became a Sculptor. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
