Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is light but she possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Griselda was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Spice Merchant. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Laucian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Laucian took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has worked as a Fletcher like his father before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His blonde hair is lengthy. He has blue eyes and a tan hat with a white feather.

Personality: He is a Unemployed first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He carries with him a set of hammers, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has shaved his head bald. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has worked as a Layabout like her mother before her.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he's attracted to the pc

Personality: Elegant wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Elegant was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Elegant decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Knight kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
