History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Damakos speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Damakos reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Damakos fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born in the south. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
