Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. During his travels, Gerard and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic.
