History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born in the north to a Shoemaker, Roland learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has worked as a Shoemaker like his father before him.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
