History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. During her travels, Hatae and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Hatae discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
