History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Gynnie was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gynnie's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gynnie and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
