Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tod does not often speak of it.
