Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Fargas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is typically in his Cartwright uniform. His white hair is thinning but still full.
