Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pallabar embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
