Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears a white costume with the symbols of death on her torso. Her hair is short and chestnut. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered dire rats who tried to eat her hand. She struck the Scribe job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Elysande speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born in the south to a Cook, Elysande learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a Cook soon after.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Theodoric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
