His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Halander took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: Burgell was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name.
