Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Manfred was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Ronwe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ronwe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Arha liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother.
