Personality: Perra speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. A friendly and beautiful Dragonborn, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her.
