Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Nirgel enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
