Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Mayor father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she is unsatisfied with her job
