Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oda embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
