Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

History: Harann hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. She became a Body Guard soon after.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was born in the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bowyer and was forced into it by his family.

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
