Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for her, and Millicent does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Millicent hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
