Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears long strands of opal and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them.
