Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tomi embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Tomi was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Tomi and his spouse have recently divorced.
