Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. A true patriot, Ogg would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
