Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Tomi was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
