Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears baggy tan pantaloons and a green scarf. Her red hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Oppah is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Through the years after Oppah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
