Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. Personality: Wiggan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Druid, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Halfling Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
