History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Vicky was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Fletcher. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
