Personality: She is fixated on the number 71. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
