He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. Raer liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Dalaba was born the youngest of three triplets. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
