Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Efferil is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
