When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Ekemon took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sumnes embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. The war was a terrible time for her, and Sumnes does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Sumnes reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and money/treasure

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Guard father left him crippled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a bounty hunter and was forced into it by his family

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
