Pallabar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Silvo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Silvo was born with his father's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
