History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Faran's homeland. Faran decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard.
