History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
