History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Qualen was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Qualen took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qualen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Raer does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Raer was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Raer was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
