Description: An older woman who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. This black eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality.
