History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Euron alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Rolen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
