History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tethren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing.
