Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Zepar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
