Description: A middle-aged man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Elaim wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Druid, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His crest, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pandjed grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pandjed was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Stableman and found it very stressful. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Xappan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult.
