Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Kipper abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
