History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Keyleth was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.
