Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Hamil hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Hamil was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: She is greedy.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Gifted from a young age, John studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Right-Handed has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Right-Handed and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Gennal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
