Personality: Ortegar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right.
