Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.
