History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Andraste was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Andraste's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
